Refund policy

At VV Department, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind or sizing issues. Each piece we offer is carefully curated, often one-of-one, and listed with detailed descriptions, photos, condition notes, and measurements. We strongly encourage reviewing these carefully before purchasing.

That said, we want our community to shop with confidence. If you receive an item that is significantly different from what was described, we’re here to make it right. In such cases, we may offer a refund, exchange, or partial refund depending on the situation and severity of the issue.

To request a return under this exception:

  1. Email us at vvdepartment@outlook.com within 72 hours of receiving your item. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos that show the flaw.

  2. The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and untampered with — at the time the flaw was discovered. We recommend inspecting your item upon arrival.

We understand things happen, and our team is committed to supporting you through the process. Our goal is always to maintain honesty, transparency, and fairness in every transaction.

Please note: Many of our items are pre-owned or vintage. While we do our best to highlight all visible flaws, minor signs of wear — like faint marks, tiny pinholes, or natural aging — may occasionally be overlooked. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you keep this in mind when shopping.
